FlipDeck Cards

Terms of Service

These are the rules for using FlipDeck Cards (the "Service"), run by FlipDeck LLC (doing business as FlipDeck Cards, "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

Last updated: September 30, 2026

1. What the Service is

FlipDeck Cards is a subscription website for people who buy and sell trading cards. It includes a profit tracker for your own flips, card search, Top 100 lists, comps, a card scanner, PSA certificate lookup, a watchlist, tax report and analytics, a deck builder, community pages, set releases and events. Features may change, and some (for example Deal Alerts) may be paused or removed.

2. Listing prices and sold prices

The Service does not estimate prices. Where it shows prices, they are current eBay listings (asking prices, not sold prices) or, where we have a sold-price source, real sold prices with the number of sales; links take you to eBay's own sold listings. The Top 100 lists and the featured cards are picked with the help of an AI model and by our editors, are not a recommendation to buy or sell, and may be wrong or out of date. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment or tax advice. Always check recent sales (for example on eBay) before you buy or sell. You are responsible for your own decisions.

3. Your account

You sign up with an email address and a password. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. If you choose a username, profile photo or bio, they can be shown to other members (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Subscription and payment

Using the Service requires a paid subscription of $4.99 per month (or a valid promo or VIP code that we have issued). Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. The subscription renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Profile page (it opens Stripe's billing page). After you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it, and access can end if it keeps failing. We may change the price for future billing periods. Promo and VIP codes may give access without payment and can be limited, expire or be withdrawn. See also the Refund Policy.

Free trial. New members may be offered one free 24-hour trial. A card is required to start it. Nothing is charged during the 24 hours; when the trial ends, the card is charged $4.99 and the monthly subscription begins, unless you cancel before the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged and your access ends when the trial ends. There is one free trial per person: if the same account, email address or card has already had a trial, the new trial is cancelled at once, nothing is charged, and you can subscribe for $4.99 per month instead. A trial does not count as a paid referral until your first paid invoice.

5. Referral discounts

You can earn a discount on your own subscription by referring new members with your personal referral link. The rules:

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law; to copy, scrape or resell its data or lists; to overload or attack it; to try to get into other people's accounts or data; or to post anything abusive, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights in community areas. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

7. Your data

The flips, notes, photos and other information you enter are yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run the Service for you. How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Other companies and data sources

The Service uses and links to other companies' services and data (for example eBay, PSA and card databases). FlipDeck Cards is not endorsed by or affiliated with them. Their names belong to them, and their data can be unavailable or wrong. Links to eBay may be affiliate links.

9. No warranty and limits on our liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any estimate is accurate, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or losses from buying or selling decisions you make. Where the law does not allow a limit, that limit does not apply to you.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the Service. Sections that by nature should survive (for example liability limits) continue after that.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it. Questions: support@flipdeckcards.com.
